We know you’ll miss us. But here are some helpful hints to keep your apartment safe and orderly while you’re enjoying your time away from home.
Let us know if you'll be leaving your car parked here while you're away.
Arrange to have mail and other deliveries held at the post office until your return
Ensure that all windows are closed and locked, and that all window coverings are closed
Consider connecting a timer to lights or a radio to maintain the appearance of an occupied home
Empty your garbage and check cupboards for unwrapped food
Check the refrigerator before you leave and give any perishables to a friend or neighbor
Be sure to check all appliances to guarantee they’re turned off
